After our visit to Disneyland last month, Aaron, who’s always drawing monsters, decided to draw a portrait of the family for a change.
This is his depiction of us, riding “Soarin’ Over California” (here’s a wonderful photo) at California Adventures.

Delightful pigeon toes at the end (or are they touching each other in a gesture of great pleasure and excitement?).
@Pastilla: I think that’s one of the reasons I fell in love with the drawing too.
It’s amazing to be able to watch a childs mind at work. When you are a child it’s effortless, as an adult we spend so much time marveling at their little minds working, wondering and creating.
This is a great picture and I also enjoy the way that the feet are pigeon toed.
